Sales

Compensation: For the seasoned professional we offer the most aggressive compensation plan. McKay Chevrolet provides experienced training with daily one on one training from an experienced management team. Besides offering top commissions and unlimited earning potential, we also offer generous cash incentives. As a sales professional you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer accounts. You will interact with customers as a product specialist and help provide them with valuable knowledge to make an informed buying decision. We are highly motivated to provide a “Team” environment and realize that we are only as successful as our sales professionals.

Part and Full Time Service Technicians

McKay Chevrolet has become the fastest growing Chevrolet dealership in New England. We are a family owned and operated dealership. We are seeking experienced Full and Part time Service Technician’s for a large automotive dealership that has experience managing an inventory of over 500 vehicles.

This role drives the performance of the Service Department by developing and retaining great talent and creating an exceptional service experience for our Customers.

Responsibilities: Test driving and Diagnosing and Repairing vehicles with speed and accuracy. Maintaining shop area and keeping a clean work environment.

Compensation: Flat rates/hourly rates, depending on experience / skill set. Full Insurance Benefits available, 401K Retirement Plans available
